EULA - End User License Agreement

IOSurf is protected by United States Federal Copyright Law. IO3O LLC retains the title to and ownership of the Product. You are licensed to use this Product under the following terms and conditions:

LICENSE - The licensee is defined as the individual or company utilizing the Software Product. IO3O LLC hereby grants the licensee a nonexclusive license authorizing the licensee to use the enclosed Product on an unlimited number of computers. The licensee is also permitted to distribute this product in it's current form to other individuals or companies.

RESTRICTIONS: - You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks on the software or documentation. You may not modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or translate the software. You may not repackage, rebundle, or otherwise combine this product into compilations for resale.

TERM - You may terminate your License and this Agreement at anytime by uninstalling and destroying all copies of the Product and Product Documentation. They will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement.
LICENSEE CONDUCT - All licensee must agree to behave in the following manner while using the Product.
A. Licensees will not use the Product to commit or help to commit any act that is unlawful, harassing, obscene, descriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
B. Licensees will not post content that is unlawful, harassing, obscene, descriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
C. Licensees will not upload content that they did not create. Licensees agree that they will be held liable and not IO3O LLC for any copyright infringement.
D. All licensees agree that they are over the age of 16, and that they will not misrepresent their age in order to gain access to the Product.
E. All licensees understand that while using the Product, they may be exposed to obscene or objectionable material. All licensees agree that IO3O LLC is not responsible or liable for the licensee being exposed to obscene or objectionable material.
F. IO3O LLC may at any time remove the licensee's ability to access the Product as is deemed necessary by IO3O LLC to ensure the community that is established by the Product.
JURISDICTION - This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

LIMITED WARRANTY - This software and documentation are available "as is" without any warranty as to their performance or use. The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. In no event shall IO3O LLC or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, development, production, or delivery of this software be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of data resulting from the use of this software, loss of productivity, or mechanical problems associated with the installation or removal of this software.
ADVERTISEMENTS - You agree that IO3O LLC will not be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages that result from any interaction between the licensee and companies who advertise on the Product.
